Walmart Plus Member Bad Experience, Walmart plus member here, I was on the phone with walmart customer service for over 90 minutes because they failed to mention to me that fedex lost my package, Walmart has terrible USA walmart customer service so I asked to be sent to a supervisor. The rep didn’t want to transfer me and said that there are no managers but I told her that she has a supervisor and I wanted transferred, just terrible. I was transferred to a supervisor named Kimberly with a southern accent and she tried to get me off the phone without resolving my original issue and she purposely hung up on me, terrible US Customer Support, ticket #230916-64615-5358-0000. I will not be renewing my yearly walmart plus membership, I did reach out to support with no response.
